The only good thing we can take solace in is that

she is 100% going to be charged with murder.

She shot a unarmed suspect with a random rifle from several feet away.

Dexter was not attacking her or provoking her - there's no evidence

she had a reason to shoot him dead.

She didn't use her service weapon. Very suspect to anyone investigating.

She shoots him in the heart rather than disabling him - given she was several feet away

and if she can hit his heart with such accuracy she could have shot anywhere

else to arrest him instead of murder him.

It also appears like she murdered him as revenge for Dexter allegedly killing Logan.

There was also no cctv in the cells area where Dexter accidentally snapped Logan's neck.

The facts of that area are that Logan discharged his firearm at an unarmed prisoner

and then that prisoner killed Logan after a struggle.

It would appear to an investigator that Logan was trying to kill Dexter.

Logan lost and then Angela chased after Dexter to finish the job.
